Krista has over 20 years of experience in science education, including designing experiments, creating curricula, and developing online courses. Her many years as a college faculty member helps her offer valuable expertise and be an ideal resource for professors and other decision-makers implementing an online laboratory curriculum.

As a former chemistry educator, Leah has an ever-growing passion for science education. Before joining Carolina, and in addition to teaching, she worked for an education technology company focusing on open educational resources (OER). Leah now works directly with account managers to ensure teachers and students have the best experience possible with their lab kits.

Wendy has more than 30 years of experience in operations. She is certified in Six Sigma Yellow Belt, trained in Six Sigma Green Belt. Her experience includes analyzing and managing cost within each product line, sourcing, product specifications, forecasting, and providing customer satisfaction to Distance Learning customers.

Kelly joined Carolina with master’s degrees in science and education along with 17 years of experience teaching in both higher education and K–12 classrooms. She also brings extensive experience as an online educator with 16 years spent in a higher education setting.

Brandy brings over 20 years of higher education experience to Carolina. She started her career offering tailored guidance and resources to graduate students before transitioning to customer service to establish innovative training programs for businesses and industries. She now offers the same excellent customer service to faculty supporting their online students.

Brittany’s years of teaching experience covers middle and high school science settings through to higher education. After earning her master of science in biology and chemistry, she spent 8 years teaching the subjects in higher education classrooms. Brittany is experienced in online instruction and incorporating Carolina kits and materials into lessons.
